Can I ask for refund, if so then how?

Yes you can always ask for refund. You can ask for refund in the following several cases.

  • If the item you received is damaged.
  • If the item you received is defective
  • If the item you received is not the same as shown on the website.

How long it takes to deliver the item?

We will ship the item as soon as we have received the confirmation. There are several delivery methods you can choose from.

  • Standard Delivery: Standard delivery takes between 12 – 38 days
  • Premium Delivery: Premium delivery take between 4 to 7 days but will cost you more money

Is the INTERNATIONAL delivery really free?

Yes. On all orders above $50, the delivery is completely FREE

Why there is no paper invoice with my order?

We’ve stopped sending paper invoices to be kinder to the environment.
